Cinch home services4/27/2023 Enjoy my $500 as your reputation sinks further and further into the toilet. Not sure how anyone working at Cinch can feel anything other than horrible about themselves when they go to sleep at night. They don't care about providing good service, communicating, or even being honest. Cinch is a company that is perfectly okay with scamming people for millions of dollars, meanwhile Amanda or whoever will reply here to make it look like they give a **** when everything else indicates they don't. Meanwhile there are hundreds of reviews from people confirming they got ripped off. I love how the only good reviews on here are from people who haven't actually tried to use Cinch's services. Their entire business structure is carefully designed to manipulate and frustrate the consumer while maximizing their own profits. Once I began reading reviews of Cinch online, I began to understand that this is not a company with morals or integrity (it is a home warranty company after all). I ended up cancelling my contract and have now come to terms with the fact that I basically had $500+ stolen from me by a company that was never going to provide me with any kind of legitimate warranty service.
